From Swedish style and relaxation, to focused deep-tissue and Manual Lymphatic Drainage work, I tailor each session to your needs and preferences, emphasizing a plan where folks can depart the treatment room feeling more open, aligned, and at ease.

I completed Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts massage therapist training in Seattle/Tacoma in 2024. My practice style incorporates myofascial, deep tissue, assistive stretching, trigger point, hot stone, cupping, and Swedish. I have continuing education certificates in fully clothed massage work and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). My main practice passion is MLD, a gentle modality with many tangible benefits! Originally from the lands of the N’dakina and Wabaniki peoples, so called southern Maine; I’ve been calling the Pacific Northwest home since 2023 and moved to Portland in 2025. When not massaging, I enjoy baking, biking, dancing and navigating existence with plants and all kinds of friends!
